We use the most advanced platforms and tools for data analytics, team communications, finance, and recruiting/human resources. Spotad’s focus is to centralize our processes to ensure all data is recent and relevant to produce tactical information when and where it is needed.

Frequent global Skype sessions and in-person get-togethers create an understanding of our business priorities, progress against metrics and a real-time view into product development efforts. We use this time to make general announcements, share shout outs to fellow colleagues, and provide candid feedback.

Build and maintain multiple targeted mobile advertising campaigns for a variety of global clients
• Manipulate and analyze client reports and draw actionable conclusions on the basis of data you see, and optimize accordingly.
• Assist with, and learn about, campaign optimization, and how to drive significant increases in ROI for our clients
• Become an expert in all facets of the mobile advertising industry, including knowledge of our existing and perspective clients, and stay on top of emerging trends
• Provide various analytical and status reports using web-based reporting tools
• Work with the Account & Product managers to improve Spotad’s media buying platform
• Participate in developing training for new team members and for other teams
• Closely monitor marketplace trends to surface new opportunities for growth, present findings to internal stakeholders and recommend action

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 2+ years of experience in media buying – mobile specific.
• Prior experience buying digital media on Self-Serve Platforms Creative optimization
• Agency or Performance Marketing experience is a plus
• Relevant Bachelor degree required
• Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel analysis (goal-seek, pivot tables, VBA)
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Great interpersonal skills
• To be a team player

Spotad’s back-end services provide advertisers with real-time, programmatic buying capabilities. The platform offers unique campaign optimization by utilizing aggregated data, audience targeting and proprietary predictive algorithms that maximize performance and ROI.
